Official Statement Regarding the Unauthorized Removal of Our Facebook Page
This article is published to formally document and publicly disclose an unauthorized incident involving one of our official digital assets.
Incident Overview
On 3 March 2022 at 04:15 (UTC+02), our official Facebook Page, originally operating under the name “2012”, was removed from our official Business Manager without authorization.
The page had been legally owned and managed by our company through our official Facebook Business account. At the time of the incident, no approval, consent, or internal action was taken by our company to remove, transfer, or alter ownership of the page.
Unauthorized Page Changes
Following the unauthorized removal, the page name was changed without our knowledge or consent. The page is currently operating under the name “Media Group.”
The page can currently be accessed via the following link:
We confirm that any name changes, administrative changes, or activities performed on the page after the above-mentioned date were not authorized by our company and do not represent our business, management, or official operations.
Ownership Clarification
The Facebook Page in question was a core digital asset connected to our business operations, branding, and company-managed resources. Its removal from our Business Manager constitutes a clear breach of ownership control and platform governance.
At no point did our company approve:
-
The removal of the page from our Business Manager
-
The transfer of page ownership or admin roles
-
The change of the page name from “2012” to “Media Group”
Recovery Actions
We are actively taking all necessary steps to recover the Facebook Page and restore it to our official Business Manager, as well as to ensure that it is once again fully linked to the company’s official digital infrastructure and corporate assets.
This includes restoring control of the page to:
-
Our official Business Manager
-
Our company-managed assets and financial resources
Purpose of This Statement
This statement is published for:
-
Public record and transparency
-
Documentation of ownership and unauthorized access
-
Support of our ongoing recovery request with Meta / Facebook
-
Protection of our company’s legal and digital rights
We reserve all rights to pursue further actions required to restore full control of our digital assets.
